What flavour is our cake?
Our cakes have three parts:
1. The sponge cake - this is always vanilla, except for the brown and black colours, which are chocolate and oreo respectively.
2. The icing - you choose the icing flavour, either vanilla or salted caramel.
3. Decorations - each cake may have extra food decorations on top - checkout the individual product for more details.
We may be able to do the smallest variations on our cakes for you, but this is not guaranteed. We have great relationships with some of the biggest names in Cake Decoration in Sydney, so we can definitely put you in touch to make sure you get the cake you really want.
We're glad our Vegan and Low Gluten friends are interested in our cakes - At this time, we're finding our feet meeting demand with our standard yum cake. As soon as we're settled we will launch a Low Gluten / Vegan range - thank you again for your interest!
99 percent of our delivery orders are delivered by 3rd party careful couriers throughout Sydney CBD and suburbs and all our products online can be delivered this way. We have transported very special cakes all over Australia as well.
Our delivery pricing starts from $10 not matter what you order, simply go to a product that interests you and there will be an online delivery calculator you can enter the postcode for delivery to get a price. Note we are ALWAYS trying to negotiate better delivery rates, but due to the super fragile nature of our goods, our rates are generally higher than standard courier rates in Sydney as special vehicles and extra care needs to be taken.
Yes, you can selected your preferred date and two-hour window for delivery in our cart or with one of our consultants, to ensure you get your order when you want it.
Yes to all! In the online store cart page there are fields to enter the event booking name as well as the event booking start time, so our couriers will have no issue speaking with the venue staff when delivering your order.
We will send an order fulfilment email to the email address on the order when our drivers have successfully delivered the order. Note that some venues (e.g. television stations, hotels) require us to leave the products with concierge or security, in which case we will send the email then. If you need a follow up text message sent to someone, just let us know in the order notes of the cart section of the page.

Yes, we understand things can happen and variations may be required.
Simply email us your order number and what you would like to change. You can also see our Terms & Conditions of Service, for reference. We will confirm all updated orders via email and inform you if any additional charges are necessary.
We are able to offer refunds if you need to cancel your order, by at least 3 days (72 hours) prior to the delivery/pick-up date. If your order needs to be cancelled outside of that time frame, we can offer to reschedule delivery or convert the order into store credit instead. Please note that refunds will be processed in the next 48 hours and will reflect your account within 7-10 days.
